SALARY SCALE

:

Rs 48,200 x 1400 - 55,200 x 2,000 - 57,200 x 2,300 -64,100 x 3,400 - 74,300 x 4,600 - 97,300

QUALIFICATIONS

:

(i)

A Cambridge Higher School Certificate or passes in at least two subjects obtained on one certificate at the General Certificate of Education ‘Advanced Level’

(ii)

A Degree in the field of Human Resources Management or Management with specialisation in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or Management or Law and Management or Strategic Management or a joint degree with HR

(iii)

A Master’s Degree in the field of Business Administration or Human Resources Management or Strategic Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology or LLM

OR

An alternative qualification to (ii) and (iii) above acceptable to the Authority

EXPERIENCE

:

At least 7 years’ experience in Human Resources Management at middle management level

AGE LIMIT FOR ENTRY

:

Candidates should be 45 years of age or below by the closing date of submission of applications.

Note: (i) Salary may be negotiable and commensurate with experience held by the   candidate.

           (ii) Consideration may be given to officers from the Civil Service who are 50 years of age or below.

(ii)

(ii)

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

(iii)

Registered with the Council of Professional Engineers of Mauritius

EXPERIENCE

:

At least 3 years’ post-registration experience

Note: Candidates holding the prescribed qualifications but not possessing the required experience may also be considered for employment on a contract basis provided the applicant reckons at least one year’s post registration experience
