MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF FIRE DETECTION & ALARM SYSTEM FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS
CONTRACT MPA 664/2025
The Mauritius Ports Authority (MPA) is pleased to invite sealed bids from local bidders for the Maintenance and Repairs of Fire Detection & Alarm System for a period of two years, as more fully described in the bidding document.
Qualification Requirements
- The Contractor shall have executed as prime contractor at least 2 similar service contracts per year over the last 5 years in Maintenance of fire alarm systems in buildings; and
- other qualifying criteria mentioned in the bidding document.

Pre-Bid Meeting
A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday 17 June 2025 at 11.00 hours. The meeting place is the Conference Room of the Mauritius Ports Authority at Ground Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis.
Submission of bids
Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Contract MPA 664/2025 – Maintenance and Repairs of Fire Detection & Alarm System for a period of two years, should be addressed to the Director General, Mauritius Ports Authority, 1st Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis.
Deadline for the submission of bids
Bids should be either deposited in the Bid Box located in the Chief Officer’s Office, Mauritius Ports Authority, 1st floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis or submitted by registered post/courier so as to reach the Mauritius Ports Authority on or before Tuesday 08 July 2025 up to 14.00 hours at latest.
Bids will be opened on the same day at 14.15 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bids received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered.
The Mauritius Ports Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
