INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION OF POTENTIAL SUPPLIERS/CONTRACTORS FOR YEARS 2019 – 2021

 Authorised under Regulation 42 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2008

The Mauritius Ports Authority is currently updating its data base of suppliers/ contractors/consultants for the supply of goods, works and services.

NOTES:

  1. Prospective suppliers may collect the Supplier Registration Form at the Registry of the Mauritius Ports Authority at the address mentioned below or download it here (MS Word Format).
  1. The duly filled in and signed form clearly marked “Registration of Suppliers 2019-2021”, addressed to the Director General, should either be deposited at the Registry, 1st Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mauritius Ports Authority, Mer Rouge, Port Louis or submitted by post so as to reach the Mauritius Ports Authority on or before Tuesday 16 April 2019 at 14.00 hours.
  1. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRICES SHOULD NOT BE INSERTED IN THE REGISTRATION FORM.
  1. Applicants are informed that the registration exercise neither implies any contractual obligation towards them nor entitles them to become exclusive suppliers/service providers/contractors for the Mauritius Ports Authority.
  1. The Mauritius Ports Authority reserves the right to look for alternative suppliers, should it deem necessary.
