Scope of Contract
The project is split into the following three components: -
- Breakwater, Reclamation & Revetment Works at Fort William;
- Quay Construction and Infrastructure Development for Fishing Port at Fort William; and
- Breakwater Structure at Caudan.
The scope of services includes inter-alia the consultancy services from eligible firms for the project inception - Preliminary Planning and Preliminary Designs including cost estimates and feasibility; Detailed Engineering Designs and procurement services of selected project components; and Overall Project Management and Supervision during the implementation phase of the project.
