OPEN INTERNATIONAL INVITATION
The Mauritius Ports Authority (MPA) is inviting potential Applicants to submit their applications online through the e-Procurement System for Prequalification of Contractors for Infrastructural Works at Fort William – CPB/03/2026, CONTRACT MPA 696/2026.
Pre-Application Meeting/Site Visit
A Pre-Application Meeting/Site Visit will be held on Wednesday 10 June 2026 at 10.30 hours (Mauritian Time). The meeting place is the Conference Room of the Mauritius Ports Authority at Ground Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius.
Submission of Applications
Application documents may be downloaded from the Government e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MPA/IFB/2026/297.
Applications must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 13 July 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest.
Applicants who have submitted applications online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their applications as from Monday 13 July 2026 at 14.31 hours (Mauritian Time) up to Wednesday 15 July 2026 at 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time).
Applications for pre-qualification will be opened online at the Central Procurement Board (CPB), 1st Floor, Social Security House, Julius Nyerere Avenue, Rose Hill, Republic of Mauritius on Wednesday 15 July 2026 as from 14.01 hours (Mauritian Time).
The MPA reserves the right to
(a) accept or reject any Application; and
(b) to annul the Prequalification process and reject all Applications at any time prior to the award of the contract as per provision of Section 39 (1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006, without incurring any liability to any Applicants.
