MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES (IR, WELFARE & BENEFITS)

SALARY SCALE

:

Rs 48,200 x 1400 - 55,200 x 2,000 - 57,200 x 2,300 - 64,100 x 3,400 - 74,300 x 4,600 - 97,300

QUALIFICATIONS

:

(i)

A Cambridge Higher School Certificate or passes in at least two subjects obtained on one certificate at the General Certificate of Education ‘Advanced Level’

(ii)

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Management with specialisation in Human Resources

(iii)

Master’s in Business Administration or MSc in Human Resources Management or MSc in Strategic Management or MSc in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

:

At least 7 years’ post-qualification experience in Human Resources out of which 3 years should be at a senior position

AGE LIMIT FOR ENTRY

:

QUALIFICATIONS

:

(i)

A Cambridge Higher School Certificate or passes in at least two subjects obtained on one certificate at the General Certificate of Education ‘Advanced Level’

(ii)

Diploma in Environmental Health or Diploma in Sanitary Science or Diploma in Health and Safety or Diploma in Building and / or Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the Authority

EXPERIENCE

:

At least 3 years’ of post-qualification experience in environmental field or in related field

Note: Proven experience at supervisory level for at least one year will be an advantage

:

(a)

QUALIFICATIONS

:

(i)

Proof of Secondary Schooling up to School Certificate

(ii)

Certificate as Able Seafarer Engine as per STCW 78 as amended

EXPERIENCE

:

At least 3 years’ experience as Able Seafarer Engine on vessel of not less than 3000 kw

OR

(b)

QUALIFICATIONS

:

(i)

Proof of literacy

(ii)

Certificate as Able Seafarer Engine as per STCW 78 as amended

EXPERIENCE

:

At least 6 years’ experience as Able Seafarer Engine on vessel of not less than 3000 kw

AGE LIMIT FOR ENTRY

:

Candidates should not have reached their 55^th birthday by the closing date for the submission of applications.

Note: Consideration may also be given to candidates of 55 years of age or above for employment on contract basis
